The 401k plans we serve prioritize effectiveness and cost-minimization. Our total plan costs, including administration, advisory, and fund expenses, are approximately one-third of the national average. Key attributes include:


Transparent Fees: We do not hide costs in bloated fund expenses or fee sharing agreements with any party.


Zero Commissions: We do not receive one penny of commission from anything we do. The funds in our platform are completely devoid of sales or distribution charges.


Low-Cost Funds: We populate platforms with low-cost funds, solely. Participants are free to add any fund they wish, and converted plans will initially contain legacy holdings. But we will be advocates for eliminating needless costs, and we will proactively counsel participants to take the easy steps to improve their prospects.


Bundled Services: ADP can serve as both record keeper and TPA. If your payroll is handled by ADP, there are even further savings and seamless information flows with automatic safe harbor monitoring to assure compliance as well as top-notch service. Note that we and ADP can also serve firms whose payroll is handled elsewhere.


Many 401k providers hide high sales and overhead costs by offering excessively expensive mutual funds and/or insurance products where those costs are built in and hidden. If your plan has annuities, B- or C-class mutual fund shares, or a small choice of managed funds, you and your colleagues are needlessly being harmed.
